In the situation where a car does not have a service history registered* at the dealer or the VIN number is incorrect**, we will issue you a refund voucher for the amount paid for the order.

A full refund can only be issued if the following two conditions are met:

1.The request for a refund is made within 14 days following the purchase.

2.The reason for the refund is considered valid according to our policy.

Valid reasons for a full refund include:

- You received a refund voucher coupon for an empty report and no longer want to utilize it.

- You received a refund voucher coupon for an order in which you submitted an incorrect VIN number and no longer want to use it.

- You have been charged twice for the same report obtained on the same day.

Invalid refund reasons:

- Inaccuracies in a report.

- Incomplete report.

- Untimely report.

- The report has already been delivered.

- You checked the same VIN number on different days.

- You entered the worng email address in the order.

If you find your refund reason to be valid, please send the following information by e-mail to info@check-car.eu:

- Vehicle VIN number

- Reason for the refund

- Your Name

- Your Surname

- Date of purchase

- Method of payment

- Order number

- Last 4 digits of your credit or debit card

Please note that the reliance on any vehicle history report when purchasing a vehicle is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any purchases you make in reliance on our reports.

* Please keep in mind that certain vehicles may not have a service history recorded because they did not visit an official dealer or partner, or there is no data in the official dealer's online database. We are neither to blame nor liable for this.

** Please keep in mind that we are not responsible if you enter an incorrect VIN number, as a single inaccurate number or letter in the VIN number can result in the identification of another vehicle! Please keep in mind that we pay for every VIN number we check with the official dealer!

Because we provide intangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products delivered. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to files you have already received.
