8. Refund Policy
If a car does not have a service history registered* at the dealer or the VIN number is incorrect**, we will issue you a refund voucher for the amount paid for the order.
A full refund can only be issued if the following two conditions are met:
1.The request for a refund is made within 14 days following the purchase.
2.The reason for the refund is considered valid according to our policy.
Valid reasons for a full refund include:
- You received a refund voucher coupon for an empty report and no longer want to utilize it.
- You received a refund voucher coupon for an order in which you submitted an incorrect VIN number and no longer want to use it.
- You have been charged twice for the same report obtained on the same day.
Invalid refund reasons:
- Inaccuracies in a report.
- Incomplete report.
- Untimely report.
- The report has already been delivered.
- You checked the same VIN number on different days.
If you find your refund reason to be valid, please send the following information by e-mail to info@check-car.eu:

Please note that the reliance on any vehicle history report when purchasing a vehicle is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any purchases you make in reliance on our reports.
* Please keep in mind that certain vehicles may not have a service history recorded because they did not visit an official dealer or partner, or there is no data in the official dealer's online database. We are neither to blame nor liable for this.
** Please keep in mind that we are not responsible if you enter an incorrect VIN number, as a single inaccurate number or letter in the VIN number can result in the identification of another vehicle! Please keep in mind that we pay for every VIN number we check with the official dealer!
Understanding the Nature of Digital Products
Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is paramount. However, due to the nature of our digital products, we maintain a specific policy regarding refunds and returns.
Because we provide intangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products delivered. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to files you have already received.

9. Delivery method
1. Electronic delivery (PDF sent by email):
a) In the event that you purchase Service History, you will receive by email a detailed PDF with all the information listed in the product description.
b) In the event that you purchase Map Data and a Lifetime FSC Code, you will receive an email that includes navigation maps and clear installation instructions.
The ordered products are delivered directly by email with a delivery time between 1 minute and 3 hours*. Most orders are delivered by email in a maximum of 5 minutes*
* ATTENTION !!! Delivery times are not guaranteed because service checks are provided by our partners, for this reason, there may be various delays caused by the partners we work with!
The maximum delivery time is 24 hours. In extremely rare cases, the report is sent within 24 hours!
If you have not received the order after 24 hours from placing the order, please contact us by e-mail or in the dedicated section on the website.
Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.
a) Please note that there is a possibility that the vehicle may not have information recorded in digital format in the dealer's official database, and for this reason we are not responsible.
b) Please note that if you place the wrong order for Update Maps, Map Data or FSC CODE, we cannot offer you a refund, and for this reason, we are not responsible.
c) When you place an order for the fsc code, our partners access the BMW server and order this item for you (we pay for this service). For this reason, a refund is not possible!
d) The FSC codes and maps are 100% original BMW OEM (downloaded from the BMW ASAP server). For this reason, we are not responsible if you do not follow the installation instructions!
10. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
11. Newsletter
By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive emails from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about resources, blog articles, teaching resources, external resources and websites. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.
